I love all big cats <3 Though I prefer cartoon lions to real ones... I saw a show where some lions killed a cheetah and her cubs, just because  |

I agree with ya sombolia. Cartoon lions are cute, but i hate how that when a new male rules, he kills all the cubs and like, eats them It's HORRIBLE |

I love lions the msot becouse they are so strong and powerfull, and ... oh.. hard to express it.. and, o yeah, they have manes  And they live in prides so you can watch few at once... And they like to lay upside-down and laze around all the time (wich is what I do everytime I can) ;D I don't realy like tiger becouse they aren't social, I don't like cheetahs becouse they have small heads and bark like small dogs, they are weak and usualy can't kill anything becosue of their small teeth and not very, and they have to rest 30 minutes after catching something... the only great thing about them are their tails :)Leopards are ok... |

This is how the word is built... Every male want to be 'the only one' and he has to kill cubs of the previous lion, becosue other way they would take his place shortly... Wasn't it in 'Big cat diary' ? I saw a scene were the male lion spoted cheetah mum with her 3 or 4 cubs and she tried to defend them and she even succeded but then the sun set and thay said that it will be continued in the next episode. I've never seen the next one... |

I know it's nature... but eurgh, it's still horrible. It's one of the reasons lions aren't my fave animals anymore. And yeah, it was Big Cat Diaries. The lions ended up killing them |

Nice pictures. ;D I love lions like that, I really do. I just find myself unable to.. connect, to real lions in the same way I connect to say, wolves or foxes (my favorite animals). I love lions though. |
