I heard that contrary to popular belief, that hyenas often scavenge from lions - that it's quite the opposite, as in lions often scavenge from hyenas. Is this true?  |

Rogue lions tend to scavenge a lot more than lions from a pride, although food is food at the end of the day  ! |

I've heard that 70% of what hyenas eat, they hunt on their own. I don't how much truth is in it, but that is what a guide on safari in Kenya said to me...
