Interesting... I want to learn Swahili...
I took a class in word origins/manipulation/ "morphemes" if you've heard of it... called Etymology... you can study a language you haven't even heard before and figure stuff out like that.
Cool stuff.

Yes, morphemes... our old ILA teacher was gonna teach us that, but we switched ILA teachers, so.. yeah.

wow... that is quite strange with the translation.. But I always thought that there is something wrong about 'tiger' in TLK... leopard fits better

Interesting... The origin of the mistake comes from Rythm of the Pridelands, which in the lyrics for 'He Lives in You', the phrase in question was translated as 'here is a lion and a tiger'... It didn't sound right to me, the structure...regardless of the mis-translated kitty But then, I didn't really question it either
